Mount Ridley P – 12 College strongly supports the fact that nutrition is important, particularly at times of rapid student growth and development.  For this reason BOCCA foods, our canteen provider, ensures that healthy eating practices are in place and that key health food messages are communicated to students.

BOCCA Foods is a family run company that has been operating since September 2006, managing twenty five DET licenced school canteens in the Melbourne metropolitan area.  The company’s mission is aimed at creating a food evolution in school canteens by transitioning the traditional canteen menu of lollies, fried food etc. to a fresh, healthy and modern café style menu where students not only receive meals that are packed with nutrients and goodness but taste good as well.  BOCCA Foods utilises the Casalinga style (slow cooking method using fresh and nutritional ingredients with no added preservatives/colours/artificial flavours) in the delivery of its meals.  At the same time, students at the College are provided with a wide selection of foods that are geared towards meeting their diverse dietary needs.

Registering is easy.

Simply go to https://boccafoods.com.au

And complete the steps below…

1. Go to www.boccafoods.com.au
2. Select “Register Now” on our home page.
3. Add your name, email & create a password. Read & agree to our terms & conditions then click “Register”.
   Enter your details, select “Canteen Orders” then “I am a Parent”. Add your child’s school & click “Add Student”. Complete all relevant details for your child. Click “Add Student” to add other children or “Save” to continue.
4. Click “Start Ordering” to place your first order! Choose who will be collecting this order & click “Start Ordering”
5. Select a date for the orders & start creating a healthy and interesting lunch from our extensive menu! Click “Go to Checkout”.
6. Enter payment details & click “Pay”. Repeat steps 5-7 for each child in your family.
7. Relax knowing we have an amazing lunch for your child covered.

Lunch orders are focused on providing your child with a healthy and nutritious meal, just like you would provide at home. Snacks are still available for purchase from the canteen counter at Recess and Lunch.

• Select as many items as you wish from our extensive menu to create a healthy and interesting lunch for your child up to 9:00am the day it is required.
• Lunch orders will be delivered through the lunch order tub system to the Early Years and Years 5/6 classrooms as usual.
• Years 7 – 12 students will be given a priority line to pick up lunch orders from the canteen using their student card as identification.
