Parents and Friends Association (PFA)

Getting involved in your child’s school community is a rewarding experience—and joining the Mount Ridley College Parents and Friends Association (PFA) is a great place to start! It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet teachers and other parents, stay connected with school events, and make a meaningful contribution to College life. New members are always welcome!

What does the PFA do?
Our PFA organises a range of popular events and initiatives throughout the year, including:

• Mother’s and Father’s Day stalls
• Footy Day BBQ
• Annual Bunnings BBQ
• Christmas raffle
• Termly Second Hand Uniform Stall

In addition, PFA members support staff with various College programs such as Breakfast Club and Student Transition activities.

Interested in being a parent helper?

Helping out in the classroom, on excursions, or at school events is a great way to engage with your child’s learning and connect with other students. We welcome support throughout the year and value all the extra hands!

If you're interested, simply let your child’s classroom teacher know, and we’ll do our best to get you involved.
